Domestic Abuse: Information and Support: If you, or someone you know, have been affected by abuse or domestic violence, the organisations in the attached document may be able to help. WE ARE NOW MOVING TO A SYSTEM OF PHONE TRIAGE FOR ALL OUR PATIENTS. THE DR WILL TRY AND MANAGE YOUR CARE ON THE PHONE AND WILL ADVISE IF YOU STILL NEED TO COME INTO THE SURGERY.
FOR NURSE APPOINTMENTS WHERE THE NURSE MUST SEE YOU (EG CHILD IMMUNISATIONS, DRESSINGS) YOU WILL STILL BE INVITED TO COME THE SURGERY.
IN ALL CASES: Do not come into the surgery if you have any symptoms however mild (eg Fever, new continuous cough) and follow latest advice to self isolate at home.
